Simply arrange leads and customers in a sales pipeline, get a 360 degrees view of all your opportunities. To move contacts from your recent calls to the pipeline, follow the steps below:
Go to the Calls tab.
In the call log, move callers to their new status in the pipeline by dragging & dropping the contact to a column in the pipeline. You can also tap (or right click on web), and select Move To to move leads and customers to their new status.
Remove contacts from your pipeline, by dragging & dropping them to the Archive, or selecting the Move To option and then select Archive.
As default, Leader will present the following columns in the pipeline: Last Activity, Leads, Follow-Up, Quotes, Closed Deals.
You can customize your pipeline by adding new columns, using the Add List button. Drag & drop columns to arrange their order.
When working with your team, as an Admin you will be able to track which team member is assigned to each contact in the pipeline, and its current status.
