Leader provides a powerful message automation tools, that can help you look more professional, and avoid lose of opportunities when you’re not available to answer calls.
With Leader you can send automatic text messages to your leads and customer, after they first call, or when they call and you’re not available to answer.
In order to turn on the automatic text messages, open Settings and choose Automatic Text Messages.
There are 2 types of messages:

Greeting Message - You can send a greeting message to your leads after answered calls or send the Message for the missed calls after the first call.

Message for missed calls - send an automatic message when you are unavailable.
You can customize each of those messages:

Customize text

Customize link: You can add your digital business card, schedule a call assistant link, or to choose to not include any link in your message.

You can send the message to any call, or disable it for you contacts only, or only to unknown phone numbers.

Remove leader branding - to remove leader branding from your automatic messages by upgrading your account.

Notice that each contact can receive only 1 automatic message per day, to prevent spamming your contacts.
