In order to make action for multiple contact follow simple steps:

Tap on the 3 dots button of a list from the pipeline, labels or contacts, and choose Multiple selection button.

Alternatively (on mobile), you can also long press the contact photo / initials to start the multiple selection mode.

Choose the contacts you would like to make the action for.

Select the action, such as sending an email or text message. You can also archive or move the contacts to a new status.
